BOOKING POLICY

We’re a small, female exclusive beauty studio with a firm booking policy. Clients manage their appointments through our online booking platform, making it easy to book, reschedule, or cancel services. Cancellations and rescheduling require 48 hours notice. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service total. Same day cancellations and no shows are charged 100%. Unpaid fees and no shows will not be eligible for future booking. Frequent rescheduling may result in limited online booking access. A credit card is required to secure your appointment. By booking with EB, you agree to these terms.

APPOINTMENT ETIQUETTE

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a no show fee. If multiple services are booked, We’ll do our best to accommodate them within the remaining time. The full amount booked will still be due. Please cancel if you are sick, you will be provided with a mask if caring for someone who is ill. These policies help us create a smooth, respectful experience for all.We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
